Tampa Bay Strength & Fitness Expo

Saturday, September 2nd - All Day

An all-day fitness event featuring a CrossFit-type competition and an Olympic Weightlifting meet among other events! Should be a good time! Follow the link for more info & to buy tickets!

Sunday Yoga

Sunday, September 3rd - 10 am

Our usual Sunday flow led by Michelle. Perfect for CrossFit athletes in targeting those commonly tight areas - hips, hamstrings, shoulders, etc. Free for members, $12 for non-members. Mats & props are provided.

MovNat Seminar

Friday, September 8 - Tuesday, September 12 - All Day

We will be hosting a Level1, Level 2, and a 2-day workshop here at the gym. We have a few open spots to participate in the 2 day workshop at no cost, while the Level 1 & 2 can be joined for a fee. Check out the link above for more info.

MovNat is fundamentally about movement. We practice a comprehensive, holistic & mindful approach to the full range of natural human movement abilities. We are unique in that our movements ARE our strengthening and conditioning. The practice is for everyone. It is progressive and safe, and supports physical competence for any area of life.

Free Mommy + Me Bootcamp

Wednesday, September 13 - 10:30am

This is the perfect class for new moms who are looking to get some movement in with their babies! Carrier recommended but not required. We will work on functional movements like squats, lunges, and presses using our babies as weights!

Blazen & Jenna's Going Away Party

Saturday, September 16 - 3pm

Two of our wonderful athletes are heading out West and we will toast them good health and good luck at Park & Rec in St. Pete. Stop by to say bye! Please no drinking and driving though :)

Let's Paint & Party

Friday, September 22 - 7pm

Paint party at the gym! We will cancel Friday evening classes so you can come hang out, create a work of art, and sip your favorite beverage. "Our lively instructors will guide you through the process, step by step, resulting in a delightful experience as well as a piece of artwork that is always yours in your own unique way. All of the materials are provided and the best part is that you may bring along your favorite alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage to sip on as you relax and enjoy the experience of acrylic painting."

Saturday, September 30 - 9:30am

We're taking our fitness to the water with a Swim WOD at Bobby Hicks Pool! You do not need to be an experienced swimmer to participate! Bring your goggles!
