The fun continues into July! Here is what we have coming up:

So far this summer we have had a free Clean & Jerk clinic, an outing to 81 Bay Brewing, a beach workout, yoga, golf, Memorial Day "Murph", and a free fundamentals class!

Saturday, July 1st at 9:30am - at the gym

Grab your buddy and get them into the gym this Saturday for a free partner workout! There's no better way to kick off your weekend than with constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity!

Sunday Yoga with Michelle

Sunday, July 2nd at 10am - at the gym

Join us for a yoga class on the first and third Sundays of every month. Michelle is a fellow CrossFitter who tailors her classes to address the typical aches and pains while getting us #flexy! Free for members, $12 to drop in!

Bike the Bay - Take 2!

Sunday, July 9th at 11am - Meet at the gym

June's weather prevented us from enjoying a wonderful bike ride down Bayshore, but we can't be stopped so easily! Grab your bike and meet at the gym and then we'll head out, stopping at Sail Pavilion before hitting the Riverwalk and more stops along the way. Meet us at any point on our journey! All are welcome.

Swim WOD

Saturday, July 15th at 9:30am - Bobby Hicks Pool

We are taking our Saturday workout to the Olympic-sized pool at Bobby Hicks Park to get our swim on! As always, you can scale the workout to your ability. There is also a small wading pool for kids so bring them along!

Ladies Only Clothing/Book Swap!

Saturday, July 15th at 6pm - at the gym

Gals! This is a chance to clean out your closets and bookshelves of gently used clothing, shoes, and books that you no longer need! Clothes can remain on their hangers. Bring everything to the gym for a swap with other ladies! No money necessary. Bring a snack and drinks to share as well!

Rays vs Rangers!

Saturday, July 22nd at 5 pm - Tropicana Field

Who's ready for some baseball? Let's meet at the Trop parking lot for a tailgate and then head to the game at 7 pm. We are going to get a group rate on tickets. Bring some food and drinks to enjoy and then prepare for America's pastime. If we're feeling froggy after the game, there are lots of places to eat and drink in DTSP. Be responsible! Carpool or take an Uber if needed!

Picnic and Paddleboarding

Sunday, July 30th at 10am - Weedon Island Preserve

We're getting out of the heat and onto the water. We're launching at Weedon Island where you can rent a stand up paddle board , canoe, or kayak. Click here for the pricing. We will put a sign up sheet at the gym so we know how many spaces to reserve. After we paddle around, we'll have a picnic so bring food and drinks - but no alcohol is permitted!
