Our Get Toned class is the ultimate CARDIO workout. In this 60 minute class you will Warm up, Stretch, and Sweat! We incorporate running, bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, and light kettlebell and dumbbell movements. This class is open to people of all fitness levels.
