Wendy Davis, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Wendy's CrossFit journey began 6 years ago when her husband insisted she give it a try. A reluctant participant for 6 months – she finally fell for the sport after doing a 6-week boot camp at the gym. After many years of being a CF athlete, she is excited to grow even more in the sport through coaching! She truly enjoys getting to know athletes and pushing them beyond their comfort zone toward a new PR or mastering a movement.
