The goal for the next 8 weeks is to develop consistency across the Olympic lifts. You will learn techniques to improve your confidence, work on mobility, and get strong!

8-week cycle

  • 1 in-person session per week on Tuesdays at 5:30 pm
  • 1 additional day of bonus programming for homework
  • Coaching from USAW Level 2 & Burgener Level 2 Certified trainer
  • Movements and drills go hand in hand with the Olympic lifting strength cycle we are working on in class
  • A chance to participate in a fun Lift-off the final week and get some PRs!!
