We are happy to offer a flow-style yoga class twice a month on the first and third Sundays at 10am. Our instructor Michelle will guide you through a routine targeting all areas of the body - hips, back, hamstrings, wrists, shoulders, etc.
All skill levels are welcome.
Mats and props are provided but feel free to bring your own! For non-members the cost is only $12 per class!
Sunday Yoga is free for all CrossFit & Get Toned members!
