AM Athletes, show up for the usual class times. PM Athletes, when you arrive you will sign up for a heat, and get a judge. Please plan on not only working out, but helping with judging if needed.

If you are unable to make it tomorrow to complete the workout and are registered for the Open, please contact me to make arrangements to make it up another time.
