All I Want for Christmas is a Heavy Snatch!

I've included some videos below showcasing the Snatch. Check out the technique video and then the Individual Games athletes trying to find a 1 RM at the CrossFit Games. Once you've watched the videos, you should feel sufficiently motivated to come in tomorrow and work on snatching!
