Countdown to 2018!

We will be CLOSED on Monday, January 1st! We will have a FREE WEEK starting Tuesday, January 2 through Monday, January 8! All new people are welcome to join classes for that entire week for FREE, including Yoga on Sunday 1/7 at 10am! Get your friends and family to start the year off RIGHT and you will benefit too - 5% off your dues for anyone of your friends who join!

Sign up for the Primal Competition! It is an in-house comp, meaning no one from outside of the gym will be joining. You will complete 3 workouts on Saturday, January 20 beginning at 9am. The competition is same-sex teams of 2, so get a partner! If you don't have a partner but want to participate, we will find you a partner!! The standards are posted at the gym, next to the sign up sheet so you can decide if you are RX or Scaled! It's going to be a blast, you don't want to miss out!

Wednesday's Training:

A. Deadlifts

1x5 @ 75% of 1RM

1x3 @ 85%

1xMax Reps @ 95%

Rest 2+min between sets, goal is to get 2+ at 95%

B. 3 Rounds:

250m Row

21 DB Thrusters (30/20 lbs)

12 C2B Pull Ups

Rx+: DB Thrusters @ (35/25 lbs)

Goal: Steady row, unbroken thrusters, fast manageable sets of C2Bs
