There is a really fun haunted house going on Friday and Saturday night until 10pm on the corner of S. Desoto and Prescott St right here in Port Tampa! It only costs $3 to get in and they donate the proceeds to the Port Tampa Women's Club.

Tomorrow's workout is only 12 minutes of work, so each round should be done with intensity. Use the first round to figure out a pacing strategy that works. Then, the goal should be to try to hold on to those numbers for the next three rounds.
