Free Week!

We will be CLOSED on Monday, January 1st! We will have a FREE WEEK starting Tuesday, January 2 through Monday, January 8! All new people are welcome to join classes for that entire week for FREE, including Yoga on Sunday 1/7 at 10am! Get your friends and family to start the year off RIGHT and you will benefit too - 5% off your dues for anyone of your friends who join!

This Friday we are heading to AMC WestShore to see the newest Star Wars movie at 8:15pm. Please try to meet up at the ticket counter no later than 8pm! All are welcome!

1 Front Squat

1 Push Press

1 Back Squat

1 Push Press

Increase wt each round and rest as needed between rounds
