Get ready, get set, go!

Sign up for Wod Wars III, a competition taking place in Dunedin on April 14 and 15! They have novice, intermediate, RX, and Masters divisions, so something for everyone - and it's all same sex teams of 3! So far we have 2 registered teams! I highly recommend you find a couple of teammates and sign up! We have plenty of time to train, and you will find out more about yourself by competing than you ever could just training in the gym!

Now that Thanksgiving craziness is over, let's make it a great week!

Tuesday evening from 5:30 to 7:30pm we will have a Potluck celebration to the end of the nutrition challenge. Everyone is invited to come, even those who work out in the morning, and even if you didn't participate in the challenge. Bring a healthy dish to share, work out, and then grab a plate of food. We will announce the winners and give out awards :)

Wednesday morning at 10:30am I am hosting my monthly Mommy + Me Bootcamp. This is for moms to come to the gym and workout with their babies! If you know a mom who wants to work out with other moms, please let them know!

5:00-10:00- Build to 5 RM Push Press

10:00-15:00- Build to 5 RM Push Jerk
