Time to practice some skills! We'll be focusing on Handstand walks and Pistols. You may be thinking to yourself that you are unable to do these movements or really struggle with them, and that's ok - we are going to give you progressions in order to practice these skills! Most of us aren't born being able to walk on our hands, it takes a ton of practice, so don't be discouraged! Check out the video below on handstand walk progressions. There will also be a variety of scaled options so you can still get a good workout in!
