Meaning intensity is relative to individual athletes no matter who they are and what their training background is like. This is why we can get results from a workout like "Fran", while the top athletes in the world can do the same workout and also get results from it. We need to make sure we scale appropriately to achieve the intended intensity from each workout. As long as each athlete pushes themselves to the "peak of their psychological and physiological tolerance" they will get results. So push yourselves to achieve that intensity!
