Last Day of the Free Week!

Tomorrow is the last day for new people to try us out as part of our Free Week! If you know someone who wasn't able to get into the gym during this past week, please let them know they are welcome to come check us out, and that if they haven't done CrossFit before, our Fundamentals program is only $99 for the rest of January!

Extra credit - this is additional programming to our normal class workouts and can be done on your own time! It is posted Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and you can record your score on Beyond the Whiteboard!
