Have you ever had a nagging ache or pain or injury that you just couldn't seem to shake? Most of us will encounter some type of physical setback over the course of our fitness career, and sometimes they happen while we are just going about our normal everyday lives. That being said, we want to offer a mobility class that can help prevent injury or rehabilitate an injury. We will be targeting the low back which causes a lot of people issues.
Mobility Class led by Physical Therapist, Kat Chavez, will take place next Monday, 10/30 at 6pm!
