Now Onto the Open!

Congratulations to all of the participants of the First Ever Primal In-House Competition! Check out the Instagram story and posts @primalempowerment and the photos on our Facebook page of all the action! We are so proud of all of you who pushed themselves beyond their comfort zone, and lived to tell about it! You are inspirational and we are happy to call you our athletes :)

Now that we have given you a taste of what competition is like, it's time to shift our focus to the 2018 CrossFit Games Open. We are encouraging all of you to sign up, and would like to go ahead and address any of the excuses you may be thinking about with these messages from Games Athletes Austin Malleolo. I've also included a little video below.

The Open is a really fun time in the gym, we form teams and award points each week for participation, spirit, FB check ins, and best performances! And it's only $20, you can afford it :)
