Thursday's Training:

A. Work up to a heavy load for the following complex:

1 Power Clean + Jerk

1 Squat Clean + Jerk

This should be done unbroken. The jerk can be performed any way.

B. 3 rounds for time:

7 Squat Clean + Jerks (135/95)

14 KB Swings (70/53)

21 Ab mat Sit-ups

Get Toned:

50-40-30-20-10

KB Swings

Goblet Squats

Run 100m between rounds
