Partner Up!

Huge turnout for the two morning classes today, let's keep that going all week!

Tomorrow will be a fun partner workout, so text your workout buddy to make sure they are coming to the gym!

To remind you we will have 6:30am all of this week.

Next week we will have 9:30am Monday - Wednesday. We are closed for Thanksgiving. And Friday we will only have a 9:30am class.

Barbell club is tomorrow night at 5:30pm! Pay for one class $10 or add it on to your membership for $40 per month.
