The Road to the CrossFit Open

Tomorrow's workout will be an "open-style" format; shorter time domain with Open movements. We will be doing an Open workout from now until the 2018 Open begins on February 22.

For those that haven't heard of the CrossFit Open, it is a 5 week long online competition that all of the CrossFit community can participate in. The top performers will go on to the Regional competitions and from there to the Games. Every week CrossFit will release a workout with scaling options that we will do as a gym.
