The Weekend!

This Saturday we have:

  • Barbell Club at 8:30am - $10 drop in fee or $40 monthly add-on!
  • 9:30am class - grab your fave workout partner!
  • Free Skill Sesh after class - this week we're focusing on Toes to Bar!

Sunday morning @ 10am come get flexy with us at Yoga!

Next week our schedule will include 6:30am and 9:30am (with childcare) Monday - Wednesday. We'll be closed Thursday for Thanksgiving, and we will have a 9:30am only on Friday (no childcare Friday).
