Who has a guess for 18.3?!? Now that we have eliminated some of the movements, and seen some new ones, we can sort of piece together what might be in the workout! High skilled gymnastics like muscle ups? More heavy barbell work? Another new movement like pistols or rope climbs? Who knows!
Dave Castro's clue this week was a photo of 2 pink daisies in a mug. What does it mean!! Whatever it turns out to be, we will plan on doing the workout on Friday. If you can't make it, please tell a coach or get with your team about finding someone to judge you before Monday at 8pm.
