THE GOAL OF A WARM-UP IS TO WARM THE JOINTS AND BODY TO PREVENT INJURY, ELEVATE HEART RATE, AND PREPARE THE BODY FOR EXERCISE. A PART OF FUNDAMENTALS AND EVERY CLASS IS OUR CONCENTRATION ON THE IMPORTANCE OF USING THE WARM-UP FOR THE FOCUSED AND DEDICATED DEVELOPMENT OF BASIC HUMAN MOVEMENT PATTERNS.
STRENGTH & SKILLS ARE ONE OF OUR TOP PRIORITIES. STRENGTH TRAINING WILL IMPROVE OVERALL BODY COMPOSITION, IMPROVE MUSCULAR IMBALANCES, AND IMPROVES STRENGTH OF SMALLER MUSCLE GROUPS THAT ASSIST IN COMPLEX MOVEMENTS WHICH THEN ALLOWS ATHLETES TO PERFORM COMPLEX MOVEMENTS WITH REDUCED RISK OF INJURY.
