Suzanne is a recent graduate of the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Kodawari and has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years. With a strong foundation in Vinyasa and Ashtanga, as well as Yin and Restorative practices, she brings a well-rounded approach to the mat.
An avid athlete, Suzanne’s passion for movement spans beyond yoga—she’s been doing CrossFit for more than 12 years and proudly embraces the art of scaling. Whether she’s lifting weights, biking, hiking, or getting upside down on her mat, Suzanne knows the power of listening to your body.
She first turned to yoga to complement strength and conditioning, and discovered it offered so much more—mental resilience, breath awareness, and a deeper connection to self. Her goal is to create a space where you feel empowered to take up space, tune into your breath, and move with intention—no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
